Weekly Reminders 23/2/2026
- Staff Training Day Monday 23rd – pupils return to school on Tuesday 24th
- Please book lunches in advance on Scopay. Booking ahead helps the kitchen plan effectively and reduce waste. If you forget to book before the 9:00 cut-off on the day please let the office know as soon as possible, as numbers go to the kitchens by 10:00.
- Please make sure that everything your child brings to school is named.
- Entries for the WOW badge design competition should be returned to school by Tuesday 24th February.

- Ali Sparks author visit and book signing Thursday 26th
- Y3&4 Dodgeball Tournament at Spectrum (selected children) Thursday 26th

- From now on, the homework sheets will no longer be printed off for every child.
- Please talk to your class teacher directly if you need a printed copy.
- Spelling has changed from being fortnightly to weekly. Your child will have 6 words, which relate to a spelling rule, to learn every week.
- Please ensure that you listen to your child read at least 3 times a week and record in their reading records as these will checked weekly by your child's class teacher.
- All homework will be set on Monday.

Maths: Login to MyMaths to access this week's homework on fractions. Due 23rd February.
Spelling: This week we are continuing to look at adding a suffix to a root word. These words will be tested on the 23rd Feb.
Times tables: This week please focus on the 5 times table. Please continue to use TTRS to practice. If needed, please use the sheet below. Tested on 13th Feb.
