Weekly Reminders 11/5/2026
- Please book your child’s lunches on Scopay for the week.
- If you have ordered a GREEN lunch for your child on Tuesday please be advised that the issue with our vegan supplier has not yet been resolved so the meal will be tomato pasta instead of plant balls.
- QE’s Got Talent tickets are now available on Scopay!
- You child should now keep swim kit in school every day to make use of our pool during lesson time. We do not call home for forgotten kits. Planned in-class swimming days will be confirmed shortly.
- Swimming Club starts this week!
- Meeting for parents about mixing the classes on Monday at 3:30pm in the hall.
- 4K will have PE on Friday instead of Wednesday this week so please wear PE kit on this day.
- Please bring in old cereal boxes for our upcoming art project.

- From now on, the homework sheets will no longer be printed off for every child.
- Please talk to your class teacher directly if you need a printed copy.
- Spelling has changed from being fortnightly to weekly. Your child will have 6 words, which relate to a spelling rule, to learn every week.
- Please ensure that you listen to your child read at least 3 times a week and record in their reading records as these will checked weekly by your child's class teacher.
- All homework will be set on Monday.

Spelling: This week we are focusing on words that have /ʌ/ sound spelled ‘ou’. Please practise the following words and they will be tested on 18.5.2026
Times tables: Please practise you times tables this week for a test on 15.5.2026. You may use the sheet below or TTRS.
Comprehension: Choose one of the sheets from below and complete it in your homework book. Due 18.5.2026.
