Homework

From now on, apart from spellings, the homework sheets will no longer be printed off for every child. 

Please talk to your class teacher directly if you need a printed copy. 

Spelling has changed from being fortnightly to weekly. Your child will have 6 words, which relate to a spelling rule, to learn every week. 

Please ensure that you listen to your child read at least 3 times a week and record in their reading records as these will checked weekly by your child's class teacher.

All homework will be set on Monday.

Homework wc 15.9.2025 

Due to the Sayers Croft residential homework will not be due until 29th September. 

Spelling: the spelling rule is looking at double consonants. Children will be tested on 29th September. 

Times tables: we are learning the 10 times table. Please use the sheet below or TTRS to practice. Children will be tested on 29th September. 

Mymaths: is on place value focusing on working within thousands. Mymaths website.
